You should not rely exclusively on the Peloton History Summary. Peloton strongly recommends that you use the Peloton History Summary as one tool, along with your independent research and investigation, to make a better decision about a used Peloton connected fitness unit. You assume full responsibility with respect to your decisions and transactions using the Peloton History Summary.

However, to the extent that you are the only prior owner of the connected fitness unit, by sharing the serial number with someone they can learn the above categorical information about the collective use of your and any members on your account’s past habits (i.e., ranges of hours used, ranges of number of workouts taken). Peloton is in no way affiliated with or responsible for any secondary sales of Peloton connected fitness units or memberships on third-party platforms, and does not sponsor or endorse any secondary marketplace. Peloton does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products available through secondary sales or third-party platforms. Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that any product subject to recall has received the recall repair prior to completing a sale or distributing the product. Peloton is not a party to any transaction between secondary market buyers and sellers and does not guarantee that a secondary market buyer will offer any specific price to the secondary market seller. Peloton is not responsible for and does not verify or warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by a secondary market buyer or seller.

Please be aware that if you purchase a used Peloton connected fitness unit from a third-party, the limited warranty, which is included with every Peloton connected fitness unit purchased directly from Peloton, is not transferable to you. If you are a potential buyer on the secondary market, Peloton recommends validating the Peloton History Summary you received by requesting your own copy directly from Peloton, using the same serial number provided by the seller.

PELOTON FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PELOTON DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO ANY ACTUAL OR PROSPECTIVE BUYER OR OWNER OF ANY CONNECTED FITNESS UNIT AS TO THE EXISTENCE, OWNERSHIP OR CONDITION OF THE CONNECTED FITNESS UNIT, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A CONNECTED FITNESS UNIT LISTED ON ANY SECONDARY MARKETPLACE.
