Introducing Our Newest Cycling Instructor, Camila Ramón
Cycling classes in Spanish are here.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Camila Ramón—teaching in both Spanish and English—to our cycling instructor roster at Peloton. Camila isn’t just bringing new classes and a new attitude, she’s bringing a whole new energy to Peloton. You’ll hear it right away with her music choices, and you’ll see it right away with her dance moves. She instills positive, powerful perspectives and approaches to life and relationships with fitness, so you’ll never feel more confident than when you ride with her. ¡A darlo todo!
Tell us a little about your heritage and how it has shaped who you are today.
An important part of my story is this uphill battle. My family left everything to bring us to the United States for a better life. Their resiliency, work ethic and drive to be better, are all things that I have always taken with me, and they directly translate to my classes. To some people I might be intense, to some people I might be too much, but I don't know any other way to be. Because intense, hardworking and resilient are at the core of who I am. I will always continue to work hard to make sure that I make my parents, and myself, proud.
Give us a teaser of the type of instructor you are on the Bike.
I am unapologetically myself on the Bike, and I want you on the other side to feel empowered to do the same…to dance, to have fun and to let this class change your day. Give yourself the opportunity to be selfish, because you deserve this time.
How do you want Members to feel once class is over?
I want people to be inspired by the energy that we create together. I want people to recognize that they have the power within themselves to reach their goals. I want people to understand that training is so much more than just exercise, and I want people to realize that you do not have to train for anybody else.
“Juntos en esta comunidad somos imparables.”
