There’s one more familiar face we’re adding to the mix for this season...global megastar and eight-time GRAMMY® Award-winner USHER himself makes a surprise cameo in class with Ally and Emma! You’ll be learning the steps to some of USHER’s greatest hits as programmed by his superstar choreographer Jamaica Craft. And as a Peloton Member himself, USHER knows firsthand the power of our community and how these classes bring us together: “Dance has the power to energize, ignite and bring people together in a fun celebration of movement and music. I’m thrilled to lend my personal style to this new season of Peloton Dance Cardio.”

Explore All USHER Classes

All of our Dance Cardio workouts are 20 minutes, with two shorter warm ups and cool downs in the collection as well. And through it all, you won’t just be a backup dancer—you’ll take center stage. While you’ll have to take these classes yourself to truly catch the vibe, we’ll just say that these playlists are irresistible (seriously, try not to dance when you hear them), the sequences you’ll learn will make you look and feel like a pro and you’ll be doing your body a world of good by moving in different ways than you’re used to on the Bike and Tread. But if you’re thinking, eh, dance isn’t really my thing—trust us on this one. Press start on one of these classes in a space you feel fully comfortable in, let yourself completely loose and tell us how much more confident you feel on the other side. We’ll bet the next time you tap into a dance cardio class you’ll want to bring a friend along with you.

Whether you choose to stack up one of these classes after a pop ride or before a full-body strength class, between two yoga classes or all by itself, we could all use some dance cardio energy in our lives. And speaking of energy...a LOT of it was needed to bring this season to life. Below, we take you behind the scenes of the rehearsal and shoot for USHER’s dance cardio episode with Ally and Emma, where you’ll meet the man himself, his choreographer Jamaica and witness the inspiration behind this iconic collaboration.
