How the #Spring21Pelomamas Support Each Other Every Day
The Members of this tight-knit Tag stayed in touch even after their babies were born.

One of the best parts of belonging to the Peloton community is the sense of camaraderie our Members find on the Leaderboard. Whether you're strength training with high school friends, high fiving strangers or doing a swarm ride, our Tags feature—which launched in May 2020—makes it easier than ever for everyone to find their people.
This is especially true for the #Spring21Pelomamas, a small but mighty group of 27 women who first connected during their pregnancies to form a virtual cheerleading squad composed of first-time and veteran moms. Not only do these women send virtual high fives during Power Zone training and HIIT rides with Kendall Toole, but they also give each other constant encouragement both on and off the Bike, from parenting advice to workout tips to the importance of carving out time for self-care.

How It Started
The Tag #Spring21Pelomamas was launched by Peloton Member Nicky H. in the fall of 2020. Shortly after the Texas native learned she was pregnant with baby number two, she posted a call looking for other mamas-to-be to join her prenatal fitness journey on the Peloton Preggos + Postpartum Facebook page. “Now that we have all welcomed our littles, we help keep each other motivated and support each other as mothers and friends,” she says.

They Always Show up for Each Other
Britney H. says: “I am so grateful for this group of incredibly strong moms. We talk every single day about the joys and challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. It's been so nice to connect virtually with other mamas all across the country, especially as a first-time mom during a pandemic. It really is more than just a Bike. I am so grateful for the empowering community we have created and hope someday we can all meet in person!”
They Motivate Each Other to Keep Moving
Kelly K. says: “This group has been my foundation in a tough year. Needless to say, I needed an outlet. These women provided that and so much more. The support system we have developed is unbelievable. Having the bond of loving Peloton and working out has also been motivating. I did my last cycle workout the day I gave birth and had a quick and easy first delivery. I give credit to Peloton and this group for motivating me to keep going. I also had Robin Arzón in my head telling me, ‘Yes I can.’ And, as a pregnant woman, ‘I am stronger than I think.’''
They Talk a Lot in the Middle of the Night
Lindsay S. says: “Not only has this group continually acted as a resource for me when it comes to being a mom, but I've also made some incredible and lasting friendships with people I've never been able to meet outside of Peloton. Even though we've all had our babies, we still talk daily and at all hours of the night about our kids, working out and life in general. The confidence and knowledge I've gained from getting to know this group of ladies has helped me to be an even better mom to my kids.”
