In this active, vinyasa-style yoga class, you'll flow from one pose to the next, linking movements with the breath. The class includes segments such as Warrior 2 Pose, Devotional Warrior Pose, Side Lunge Pose, and Crescent Lunge Pose. You'll also practice Triangle Pose, Extended Side Angle Pose, Vasisthasana, and Lizard Pose, among others. Enhance your practice with poses like Handstand, Mountain Pose, Revolved Hand to Big Toe, and many more.
