This yoga conditioning session features a variety of poses, including Crescent Lunge Pose, Warrior 1 Pose, Warrior 3 Pose, Chair Pose, and Goddess Pose, focusing on both upper and lower body as well as core segments. The class is set to festive holiday music to keep you motivated and in the holiday spirit. Enjoy the benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice that targets multiple muscle groups.
