- Upon starting a trial, as a new Peloton App customer, you have the option to choose between a trial to the App One Membership or the App+ Membership. Once the trial period has ended, you will be automatically billed for the App One or App+ Membership depending on which option you chose. To opt out, please cancel your trial at any time during the trial period. Trials are available to new Peloton paid Members only.
There is no upfront cost to a trial, but Members are required to have a payment method on file. - App One
With the App One Membership, Members will have full visibility to the class library, but access to Bike/Bike+, Tread, and Row classes will be limited.
The App One Membership allows access to the following:
● Strength, cardio, Pilates, yoga, outdoor walking and running, and stretching classes
● Activity tracking, live metrics, step-by-step gym programs
● Three (3) cardio equipment classes per month: Bike/Bike+, Tread, and Row classes (excluding Lanebreak and Scenic classes, which are not offered on the Peloton App)
With the App One Membership, you will have access to 3 cardio equipment classes. Each time you take a class, you will be notified in app, and a class is considered taken after 180 seconds. Failure to leave the class before 180 seconds will result in the class being considered taken for the month. Once a class is taken, it cannot be removed or replaced with another cardio equipment class. Please review our Membership Terms.

App+
With the App+ Membership, Members will have access to take as many classes as they want on the Peloton App platform, including Bike/Bike+, Tread, and Row classes, Peloton App+ exclusive classes, Peloton Programs and monthly Challenges (excluding Lanebreak and Scenic classes, which are not offered on the Peloton App). Features include activity tracking, live metrics, Peloton Gym, AppleWatch® and WearOS Google® stats, Heart Rate Monitor connectivity, and more. - If you choose the Peloton App Free option, you will have access to a variety of pre-selected free classes. A select number of classes in Peloton App Free are available for a limited time, and are labeled Free Class or Free Class * Limited Time.
Members are not required to have a payment method on file to access the free classes on the Peloton App. - Once you have selected or purchased a Peloton App Membership using the Web, you will be able to easily upgrade or downgrade your Peloton App Membership from the Peloton website at any time. If you purchased a Peloton App Membership through the App itself, you are able to upgrade and downgrade solely between different App Membership levels from within the App.Upgrading Your App Membership
Please follow the steps below to upgrade your Peloton App Membership:- Login using your Peloton credentials at account.onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- From the “My Memberships” page, select the “Upgrade” button next to your current Membership.
- You will then be asked to choose the Membership and billing cycle (if applicable) you would like to upgrade to.
- Once you have completed these steps, your Membership will be officially upgraded. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. You have now successfully upgraded your Peloton App Membership!
If you would like to downgrade your Peloton App Membership, please follow the steps below. If you choose to downgrade, you will not receive a refund.- Login using your Peloton credentials at account.onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- From the “My Memberships” page, select the “Manage” button next to your current membership.
- After doing so, select the Peloton App Membership plan you wish to downgrade to.
- You will then be asked to choose the cadence of your Membership billing cycle, if applicable (annual or monthly), and to confirm your payment method. You will be informed of what content will be available at your new Membership plan. Once you have completed these steps, your Peloton App Membership will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. You have now successfully updated your Peloton App Membership!
