Mondays are one of my favorite days! I love waking up early and getting a good workout in to start my week off right! My alarm goes off at 4:20 AM. Once I’m up, I choose a warm up to prep me for the 45 min Tread Bootcamp I’ve chosen for this morning. I am meeting my friends Lacey and Leah (we call ourselves the Pelo-trio!) on the Tread for our workout today. We usually plan out the night before what to do the following morning. After Adrian works us extra hard in the bootcamp, I choose a cool-down run to bring down my heart rate. I jump off the Tread and head to the Bike, as I often do, to do a short 20-minute ride. Lacey chooses a country ride with Matt Wilpers for us to do. After I finish up on the Bike, I head to the floor for some strength. I always love to finish my morning workout with some weights and core. I choose a 10 min bodyweight strength with Ben, a 10 min arms & shoulder strength with Rad and follow that with a 5 min core with Emma. To complete my morning, I choose a 5 min stretch with Selena. I head upstairs to grab a protein ball and make my coffee before returning to my mat for a meditation with Chelsea. It’s my favorite part of the day!

After a full day with the kiddos, I end my day with a sleep meditation. I let my daughter choose one, and she picks Aditi. We both fall asleep to the meditation before it’s over!

  8. 20 min Calming Meditation with Anna Greenberg

I wake up feeling a bit scared of my workout, as I know we are doing Jess’ new 60-minute Bike Bootcamp!! Sometimes I get anxious before these workouts as I find the long Bike Bootcamps one of the hardest workouts that Peloton offers. I really have to gear myself up for it! I jump on a warm-up ride with Ben to get all the jitters out prior to meeting the girls on the Bike. I push hard, as always, and finish the bootcamp a sweaty mess. Usually these long Bike Bootcamps involve my friends and I sending each other puking emojis and texts with a lot of cursing! I love Jess so much, even if she makes me feel like I’m dying, haha! She pushes me so hard and is always so inspiring.

I choose a low-impact with Ben to cool down and take my HR out of the 180s!! My legs are saying “no way” to the Tread after that killer Bike Bootcamp, so I jump off the Bike and head to the floor for some strength. I pick a chest & back strength with Adrian and a core class with the new instructor Callie! She’s lots of fun, and I feel a little bond with her when I learn about her family! I also have five siblings—all brothers though!

  9. Zen in Ten with Kristin McGee

  10. 20 min Sleep Meditation with Aditi Shah

After a day off the Tread yesterday, I plan a couple workouts on the Tread today. No surprise, I wake up sore from the Bike Bootcamp yesterday. I jump on a 5-minute bootcamp warm up with Jess to help get me ready to run! I meet my #PeloTrioCDN on Jess Sims’ new 30-minute Tread Bootcamp. Although shorter than the Saturday 60, I run hard and lift heavy, and still find it killer! Next, I choose a 20-minute walk + run and go easy, before jumping off for a quick 10-minute low impact on the Bike with Kendall and a cool down with Leanne. I’m looking forward to my strength classes today with the other new instructor Rad: 15-minute arms & shoulders and a 10-minute core. Both were great! I finish with a stretch with Ben—one I’ve done many times. Lastly, I find a quiet spot on the couch to do a meditation with Kristin.

I wake up looking forward to my workout today. My girlfriends and I have chosen a Bike Bootcamp with Cody. I just love him! His music is awesome, and he makes me laugh nonstop. I always enjoy listening to his rants! I choose a quick 5-minute warm up with him before jumping on his 30-minute Bike Bootcamp. After the bootcamp, I cool down with Tunde and then head to the Tread for a new mood run with Jess and a walk with Adrian. For strength today, I pick some arms with Alex and core with Chase. As always, I grab a coffee and relax with a meditation class.

I head to bed early this evening and end my day with a sleep meditation with Anna.

  11. 20 min Relaxing Meditation with Aditi Shah

Happy Friday! I wake up refreshed and ready to kick some ass on the Tread. Today, we’ve chosen Chase Tucker’s new 45-minute Tread Bootcamp. I find it challenging as always and really work hard to push my speeds and output! I finish with a cool-down run and then head to the Bike for a mood ride with Hannah Corbin. The mood ride is calm and light, and I enjoy it from beginning to end. After a cool down, I choose a mix of strength with Adrian, Emma and Ben. I finish my morning with a meditation practice with Aditi.

  10. 10 min Gratitude Meditation with Anna Greenberg

Today is my favorite day with Peloton as I GET TO do Saturday 60 with friends and my favorite instructor!! I get up early and start my day with a Level-Up Meditation with Ross. I take my workout outside as it’s a gorgeous morning!! I do a 30-minute walk + run with Jess, and it’s the perfect way to start my weekend. I then get her Flash 15 done that I missed live the day before and do a 5-minute core. Now off to make a quick coffee and mentally prepare myself for an advanced Saturday 60!! The workout is killer. I feel as though there are more inclines than usual, haha, and lots of tough moves on the floor, including the dreaded burpees. Anyone else think Jess is crazy for how much she loves them?! Haha!

I pick a cool down walk with Adrian to bring down my heart rate and then follow it up with a stretch and meditation.

  5. 20 min Arms & Shoulder Strength with Callie Gullickson

  6. 5 min Core Strength with Emma Lovewell

  7. 20 min Sleep Meditation with Aditi Shah

After a big week of workouts, I choose to make Sunday a rest day of sorts. I still like to move on these days, but I always go easy. I choose a 10-minute rest-day meditation with Anna and a 5-minute bootcamp warm up with Adrian before heading outside to do a walk + run with Becs. Once I’m done, I pick a cool down run with Becs as well and clock in just under 8km total distance. Next, I pick an arms & shoulder strength with Callie and a core with Emma.

On Sundays, I love getting the email from Peloton with personalized picks! I make a note to add these workouts for the upcoming week. I finish my day with a sleep meditation with Aditi, and it doesn’t take long before I’m out! I’m ready to take on a new week!
