Positives: Awesome investment! Everyone can use a tread even if it's my 12 year old watching her shows and walking at a 3.0 speed! It's great and there are great options for classes, hikes and even just "entertainment". Negatives: Wish there were more hikes with more accessible "80's, 90's?" music. Also, almost NONE of the scenic options are walks; almost all runs. That is a bit frustrating. Lastly, The tread goes up to 12% incline and the instructors will often cue "max incline" at 15% for hikes so it makes me feel a bit like I should have FOMO but I'm not going to get the tread + for $3K more just for this.

My wife and I ordered a tread last October and had issues after 2 months. The tread was not working and we were pretty upset. Ethan reached out after countless attempts to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He restored my faith in the company and has me back working on being the best me. My first tread was great but had issues related to improper installation. My new tread came with a fair discount, great delivery and set up and proper functionality. Thank you!
