My wife and I ordered a tread last October and had issues after 2 months. The tread was not working and we were pretty upset. Ethan reached out after countless attempts to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He restored my faith in the company and has me back working on being the best me. My first tread was great but had issues related to improper installation. My new tread came with a fair discount, great delivery and set up and proper functionality. Thank you!

I love this treadmill!! I use it almost every day, and have had it for about four years now! I love the instructors & classes, there are different options that you can do while running/walking….watch Netflix or listen to your own music while viewing a nice scenery. But most importantly, it works really well and is very smooth and sturdy. Highly recommend!
