Join Denis Morton for the 20 min FTP Test Ride, a power zone class designed to help you maximize your training. In this session, you will aim to produce your highest average output over the course of 20 minutes. The resulting average output can then be used to help you set your power zones. This class focuses on working your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Enjoy the rock music genre that will keep you motivated throughout the ride.
