Privacy Principles
We put our members first
We Earn our Members’ Trust
Members come first, and your privacy is important to us. We earn trust by handling your data responsibly every day.
Teams are trained to help ensure personal data is treated with care and that our data handling complies with the law and meets Members' expectations. As a data-driven company, we require everyone to share the responsibility of using, managing, and protecting data appropriately.
We’re Transparent about our Data Policies and Practices
Our goal is to clearly explain how data is collected, shared, and used. When Members understand our privacy practices, they can make choices that match their preferences.
The Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, US States Privacy Notice, and Privacy Settings Overview explain how we collect, use, and share information to better serve Members.
Your Data, Your Choice
We empower Members to make choices about how their personal data is used and shared.
Members can set preferences in Your Privacy Settings and manage the privacy of their profile data through Profile Settings. Privacy rights requests are promptly addressed, regardless of a Member’s location.
We Design With Your Privacy In Mind
Privacy and innovation go hand in hand. As part of our product development process, all new products and features undergo thorough privacy reviews.
Our Teams are trained on our Privacy Principles, ensuring privacy is integrated into products and services from the start.
We Safeguard Your Data
Protecting Members' data is of utmost importance. We work diligently to keep Member information secure and uncompromised.
Our systems and processes are designed to monitor and safeguard data, adhering to industry-leading security standards. We conduct regular audits to test and strengthen these measures.
We’re In This Together
Just as Members grow stronger on their journeys, we too strive to continuously strengthen and improve our privacy processes and controls. Navigating the ever-evolving privacy landscape is an ongoing commitment, not just a destination.
