Join Joslyn Thompson Rule for the 20 min Walk + Run class. This outdoor walk + run session gives you the best of both worlds. You will start with a 3 minutes walking warm-up, followed by 16 minutes alternating between walking and running. The class concludes with a 1 minutes cool down. Enjoy the energizing pop music that accompanies your workout.
