Join Callie Gullickson for 20 min Strength Roll Call Core, a beginner-level class focused on core strength and toning. Wednesdays are all about the core; join us on the floor to strengthen muscles in your midsection and lower back. This class targets the core, obliques, and hips, and can be taken as day 3/5 of your Weekly Roll Call strength regimen. Enjoy a pop music soundtrack as you work through the exercises.
