Following an invigorating warm up, you’ll do circuits that include jump squats, punches, and inch worms to pushups. The class ends with EMOM (every minute on the minute) rounds where you’ll do a certain number of snatches and dumbbell thruster reps and can recover for the remainder of the minute.
