Class segments include Sun Salutations, Low Lunge Pose, Triangle Pose, Crescent Lunge Pose, Extended Side Angle Pose, Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose, Half Splits Pose, Side Plank with Hand to Big Toe, and Pigeon Pose Prep. Previous yoga flow experience is recommended for this class.
