Emma Lovewell Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 11am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/15/2025 and ends at 11:59 pm 4/17/2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, there is one (1) way to enter (the “Entry Method). Instagram: Visit the @pelotonapparel account on Instagram, find the post about the Sweepstakes (the “Entry Post”) and complete the following:

  • Follow the @pelotonapparel and me @emmalovewell Instagram accounts.
  • Like the Entry Post.
  • Enter the hashtag: #PelotonSweepstakesEntry and tag a friend’s Instagram account in the Entry post comments.

All entries (each, an “Entry”) must be received on 11:59PM ET on 4/17/2025. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.

If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply (as applicable). Your Instagram account must be set to “public” in order for your Entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner has been announced.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry it determines is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 4/20/2025 from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Potential winner(s) will be notified by direct message from the @pelotonapparel Instagram account, and may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Prize will be shipped to winner at the address provided at time of winner confirmation.

PRIZES (1): One (1) Apparel set from Emma Lovewell’s Peloton Apparel collection (Top + Bottom of choice) Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD$225.00. Total ARV of all prizes: USD$225.00 Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.

PUBLICITY GRANT: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant expressly grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, biographical information, user name, voice, performance, photo and/or likeness in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, for internal, advertising, and other purposes without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES: Sponsor and its designees, successors, and assigns shall have the unrestricted and non-exclusive right to edit, adapt, publish, copy, display, perform, broadcast, modify, and/or otherwise use any or all Entries, alone or in combination with other material including but not limited to essays, photos and/or videos in any and all media, whether now known or later discovered (including, but not limited to, display on Sponsor’s websites and social media), in perpetuity (or limited to 10 years if such a perpetual license is not allowed under applicable laws and regulations), without restriction of any kind whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant or anyone else.

Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) entrant owns the Entry (to the extent applicable); and/or (ii) entrant has the sole and exclusive authority to grant the rights provided in the paragraph above. Entrant further represents and warrants that the consent of no other person or entity is required to enable the use of the Entry as described in the paragraph above, and that such use will not violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights anywhere in the world. If entrants submit Entries that do not comply with the representations and warranties in this paragraph, such Entry may be ineligible and disqualified.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

By participating, entrant releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, any other companies or related parties associated with this Sweepstakes, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of its and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (each a “Releasee” and collectively the, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, threatened or actual injury, loss or damage to any person, including sickness, disease, death and disability arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, stolen or incomplete Entries, emails, posts, comments, or communications of any kind; or for Entries not received for any reason or for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of Sweepstakes-related materials; or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive registration or other information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or social platform or any combination thereof; or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any Entry at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the Sweepstakes), and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and determine the winners from among all non-suspect Entries received up to time of such action using the winner determination procedure set forth above or as it deems fair and appropriate. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any force majeure event, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, public health emergency, national emergency, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, provided these events qualify as force majeure events, then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

CHOICE OF LAW. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, excluding conflicts of laws principles.
