I use the bike as a part of my overall fitness program. I use the app for strength training, pilates, mobility and stretching. I have a tread that I use regularly and hike outside weather permitting. I love the variety of instructors- who I chose depends on my mood and what I hope to accomplish in that workout.

Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Don't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

What do I need to do ahead of my Bike+ being delivered?

To prepare for a quick and seamless delivery of your Peloton Bike+, it’s recommended to clear the access route from the entrance of your delivery location to your room of choice as well as the final set up area for the Bike+.

In order to save time and to start working out right away once the delivery is complete, set up your Peloton user account prior to the delivery of your Bike+. You can do this by visiting members.onepeloton.com.au as soon as you’ve placed your order, logging in using the same email address you used to purchase your Peloton Bike+.
