'Tis the season to be jolly—and if you’re looking for a way to add joy to your workout routine, we’ve got plenty of festive Peloton classes for you. New holiday workouts are dropping throughout the month, and there are also lots of great older classes already available on demand. Here are 18 of our favorites from the past two years to boost your holiday spirit and leave you full of good cheer this winter.
Running
1. Feel the cardio burn as you run with the Grinch in Matty Maggiacomo’s 45-minute Holiday Fun Run from 12/13/19. You’ll jog, run and sprint to powerful voices like Gwen Stefani, Sia, Céline Dion and Idina Menzel, with two renditions of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” mixed in to keep you smiling.
2. If you're looking for a fun reprieve from your to-do list, Matt Wilpers' 45-minute outdoor Turkey Trot from 11/26/20 has got you covered. This run will get your heart pumping and your legs racing as Matt takes you through his memories of the Atlanta half-marathon course. Beginner runners, don’t panic: You’ll be running for 30 minutes, and you’re welcome to walk or jog.
3. Taking a turn from what you might think of as your go-to running music, Becs Gentry’s 30-minute Holiday Fun Run from 12/20/19 features crooners like Tony Bennett, John Mayer, Michael Bublé, Elvis Presley and Dean Martin on all your holiday favorites. Let their silky voices transport you away from the Tread even as you get your sweat on.
4. Or, if you’re more into country music, we’ve got holiday classes for you too. Try Selena Samuela’s 30-minute Holiday Country Run from 12/20/20. The playlist has got it all, from Dolly Parton to Brad Paisley to Kacey Musgraves, so get ready for a lively workout.
Cycling
5. Seeking love, peace and joy? Look no further than Christine D'Ercole's 45-minute Pentatonix Ride from 12/13/20. This inspirational holiday workout featuring a Grammy Award-winning a capella group will revitalize your spirit after a long day of shopping or hosting guests.
6. Celebrate the season with Sam Yo’s 30-minute Festive Rock Ride from 12/7/20. In this cheerful class, you’ll get sweaty while tackling two rolling hills. Prepare to PR to the sounds of Christmas music by iconic rock bands, including U2, Bon Jovi and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
7. We’ve all been there: Waking up the morning after Thanksgiving or a holiday party feeling sluggish and too full. That’s when we turn on Robin Arzon’s 45-minute Turkey Burn Ride from 11/28/19, which uses a mix of high-energy rock and pop to boost pep.
8. Crank up the resistance with Kendall Toole's 30-minute Movie Buff Ride: Holiday Special from 12/14/20. This high-energy class features tracks like “What's This?” from The Nightmare Before Christmas and “Holiday Flight” from Home Alone, a perfect mashup of your favorite movie anthems.
