Why do we love taking Peloton classes? Let us count the ways.

Working out from home is one of the best and simplest ways to stay consistent with a regular exercising routine. And, as Peloton Members already know, exercising in your own space comes with a ridiculous number of perks, from the freedom to wear what you want to the ability to squeeze in a sweat session whenever you can. Here are some of the reasons why we love taking Peloton classes at home.

  1. It’s a short commute. You can literally roll out of bed a minute before class starts.

  2. ...And that means parking isn’t a problem. No more circling the lot to find a spot before your workout!

  3. Plus, more sleep means you’ll feel better in class. A good night’s rest is crucial when it comes to recovery.

  4. It's low maintenance. Seriously, you don't need to brush your hair (or even your teeth) before clipping in or lacing up.

  5. Your clothes don't have to match. Wear whatever makes you feel ready to conquer your class.

  6. …And on that note, traditional workout clothing is optional. Want to work out in your pajamas? Got a special look for an Artist Series class? You do you.

  7. There's always fresh coffee. Need a pre-workout pick-me-up? Skip the coffee shop drive-thru, because you can just hit the Keurig button and go.

  8. The weather conditions are always perfect. No more braving the rain or freezing cold temperatures to squeeze in an early morning workout. Hallelujah!

  27. Seriously, you can even put a mini fridge in your home gym, so your water is cold and refreshing in the middle of that tough full-body strength class.

  28. Post-workout snacks are instantly at hand. It’s time to kickstart the recovery process by hydrating and refueling.

  29. There’s no wait for the shower. Ah, instant bliss.

  30. You’ll set a good example. Show your family the importance of a healthy lifestyle by prioritizing your own fitness journey. Kids learn by watching you, after all.

  31. Got a big milestone class coming up? You can go wild with the celebrations. Throw up a big banner, pose for all the selfies, make lots of noise. You did it!
