Meet Leanne

Leanne Hainsby

Leanne Hainsby invites you to step outside of your comfort zone and find a fresh beat--something that comes naturally to the former dancer. Leanne discovered her love for all things fitness while traveling as a performer. “Working out became a hobby with friends between shows,” says Leanne, “so that made it fun from the start.” Soon after, Leanne took her first cycling class and began to immerse herself in the boutique fitness scene in London. Eventually, she took the leap to become an instructor and taught for several years at leading studios throughout the UK across a range of fitness disciplines, bringing her grace and choreography to every workout.

When it comes to her class Leanne says creating connections through music is key. “I love mixing in sounds from all different genres--80’s Pop, club tracks and even Garage music are some of the sounds that you’ll hear on the Bike.” Leanne welcomes you to start a party on the Bike so don’t be afraid to jump in, let go and find who you are in your workout. “I started working out because it was really fun for me,” says Leanne,” and I want that for our Members too.” She’s thrilled to be joining the Peloton cycling lineup in London and so excited to connect with Members and encourage them to embrace their best no matter their fitness level. “Let’s start on the edge of your comfort zone,” says Leanne, “and then the rest is simple--sweat, smile, repeat!”

Meet Ben

While growing up in London, Ben was always on the move, whether that was on the track, soccer field, or rugby pitch. Being an athlete was ingrained in Ben from an early age, so when his high-pressure career in finance kept him working long hours with little gym time, he knew that he had to make a change. “I realized I wasn’t happy,” says Ben, “and that I didn’t even have a gym membership.” By taking action, Ben was soon a regular at his local fitness center and later decided to become a trainer while still working full-time. His love of fitness continued to take over and he knew that it was the career he was meant to pursue all along.

As a trainer, Ben knew he wanted his mission to be reminding people that they truly are athletes. “I want to let them know that they’re in control of their workout, not me,” says Ben, “it’s important that I empower people and remind them exactly what they’re capable of.” He’s ready to energize the Peloton community to do just. Get ready to work hard with Ben while he turns up the volume on playlists that will include House and Garage genres as well as a few new tracks here and there. “I’m a big music lover,” says Ben, “planning a playlist to take a class on a musical journey just comes naturally to me.”

The thing that excites him the most? The Peloton community. “Impacting people’s lives all over and eventually meeting them in real life is so exciting to me,” says Ben, “I can’t wait to get started.”
