Pelopals: sweating, texting, and crushing it together.

This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating our amazing Peloton women and the incredible energy they share. For Emma and Sinead, who became besties through the Peloton community, that energy shows up as accountability, motivation, vulnerability, and plenty of laughs.

Nobody shares energy like we do.

It all started with a love of fitness. Emma spotted Sinead on the Leaderboard and thought “Hey, she’s smashing that. I want what she’s having.” Now, they’re the ultimate power pair, taking on Peloton five mornings a week. But it’s not just about the sweat, it’s about the banter they’ve dubbed “BS” and send each other throughout their sessions. Who’d have guessed you could LOL while doing burpees?

And their friendship isn’t confined to Peloton; they’ve taken it IRL to support each other with PRs, life stuff and everything in between. They’ve even started a shared Instagram account to showcase their fitness journey. Solidarity for the win!

Beyond the sweat

Emma and Sinead are so much more than workout buddies; they’re proof that friendships can be born from a love of fitness and a willingness to embrace the unexpected. So next time you’re crushing a class, who knows? Maybe your future Pelopal is just a high five away!
