Join Logan Aldridge for 20 min Just Tabata, an intermediate-level class designed to transform your strength training. This music/theme HIIT cardio class combines strength and conditioning movements with high-intensity tabata intervals. You will complete 4 rounds, each consisting of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The class focuses on working your core, glutes, and quads. Enjoy the energetic pop music that will keep you motivated throughout the session.
