Join Olivia Amato for the 20 min HIIT Run. This intermediate outdoor intervals running class will have you hitting the ground running. You will start with a 3 minutes warm-up, followed by 16 minutes of running, and finish with a 1 minutes cool down. Olivia will guide you through each segment to keep you on track. Lace up your shoes and get ready for a structured, invigorating run.
