This beginner-level class includes a 3 minutes warm-up, followed by 15.5 minutes of running intervals, and concludes with a 1.5 minutes cool down. As part of the outdoor intervals running class type, it is designed to get your heart pumping. Robin will guide you through each segment to ensure you stay on track.
