20 min Prenatal Slow Flow is an intermediate yoga class designed by Kristin McGee. This class is modified for expecting mothers where the pace is slower than other Yoga Flow classes, and poses are held longer. The class includes segments such as Sun Salutations, Standing Straddle Forward Fold Pose, Lizard Pose, Pigeon Pose Prep, and Fire Log Pose.
