Join Anna Greenberg for 30 min 3rd Trimester Yoga Flow, a family & pre/postnatal class designed for expecting mothers in their third trimester. This intermediate-level class includes poses such as Easy Seat Pose, Downward Facing Dog Pose, Crescent Lunge Pose, Triangle Pose, Warrior 2 Pose, and Fire Log Pose. Practice through pregnancy with Anna, who will guide you through each pose with care and attention. The class features an R&B music genre to create a soothing atmosphere. Please note: If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before participating in this class or any exercise program.
