Join Anna Greenberg for 30 min Postnatal Yoga Flow, a beginner-level class designed for those returning to their practice after pregnancy. This family & pre/postnatal class features a variety of poses including Articulating Bridge, Warrior 1 Pose, Triangle Pose, and Camel Pose. Set to the soothing sounds of R&B, this session aims to gently guide you back into your yoga routine. Please consult your doctor before participating if you have recently given birth.
