Join Denis Morton for a 30 min Power Flow class, perfect for those with previous yoga flow experience. This power yoga session is designed to flow at a faster pace with added poses and repetition of movements to help build strength. The class is set to an electronic music genre, providing an energetic backdrop to your practice. The class segments include Sun Salutations, Sun Salutations B, Sequence, Head to Knee Pose, Pigeon Pose Prep, and Supine One Leg Twist Pose. This intermediate-level class will challenge and enhance your yoga practice.
