This vinyasa-style yoga session will have you flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next, synchronizing movement with breath. Set to the smooth rhythms of R&B, you'll experience segments such as Body Rolls, Seated Side Bend, and Easy Seated Twist Pose. Additional poses include Downward Facing Dog Pose, Downward Facing Dog Split Pose, and Runners Lunge. The class concludes with calming poses like Pigeon Pose Prep and Supine Spinal Twist.
