60 min Slow Flow is a yoga class led by Anna Greenberg. The pace is slower compared to other yoga flow classes, with poses held for longer durations to allow for more instruction and a deeper experience of the poses. This intermediate-level class features alternative music. Class segments include Supine Hand to Big Toe to the Side, Triangle Pose, Extended Side Angle Pose, Hand to Big Toe Pose, Side Variation, and Fire Log Pose.
