You never know just who's on the Peloton Leaderboard next to you--and on one epic day in Alex Toussaint's Hip-Hop class, we learned exactly who's been dominating the top of the Leaderboard.

The 2011 NFL Rookie of the Year three-time Pro Bowler, and NFL MVP came to New York City to experience the magic of how one of his favorite off-season training tools is created. "The people who know me know I’m big into personal wellness, big into working out and bettering the mind, body and soul. Cardiovascular exercises are something that are dear to me. I’m big into cycling,” said Cam. Alex prepared a special playlist for his special guest, noting that "He’s down south, he’s playing football, and down south, football and hip hop just go hand in hand. We just wanted a real authentic vibe…the music is so instrumental in our performance. At that high level, you stay ready so you never have to get ready."

And Peloton is an integral part of how Cam Newton stays ready throughout the year. "I’ve been doing it for like a year and a half now, about 3 times a week," he said. "When you’re doing it at home, you feel like you’re there. You know, that shoutout to AB123 in Texas for your hundredth ride, that’s special." Also special? Getting to ride side-by-side with one of the most dominant athletes in the game. Watch the video below to see how the whole day came together, and check out the class on-demand on the Peloton Bike.
