How do I purchase a Peloton gift card?

What can I use my Peloton gift card on?

Peloton gift cards can be used towards purchasing Peloton equipment, accessories, and memberships. Peloton gift cards can be used to purchase Peloton Apparel in participating stores, however, specific Apparel gift cards are required for any purchases at apparel.onepeloton.ca. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Studio Class Credits.

To transfer values between a Peloton gift card and an Apparel gift card, please visit peloton.giftcardhelp.ca.

How do I redeem and use my Peloton gift card?

Peloton gift cards for Peloton equipment and accessories can be redeemed online at onepeloton.ca by entering your gift card information at checkout. Peloton gift cards can account.onepeloton.ca/mymembership/addgiftcard. Peloton gift cards may also be redeemed and used at participating Peloton Retail Stores.

Apparel gift cards can be redeemed online for apparel.onepeloton.ca by entering your gift card information at checkout. Apparel gift cards are not redeemable at Peloton Retail Stores, however you can purchase Peloton Apparel using a standard Peloton gift card at participating Peloton Retail Stores.

Where can I view my gift card balance?

Peloton gift card balances can be viewed by going to the CashStar Portal here https://onepelotonca.cashstar.com. Balances can also be viewed by using the link in your gift card email, applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by emailing onepelotoncagiftcardsupport@cashstar.com.

What’s included with Peloton App One and App+ Membership?

App One
With the App One Membership, Members will have full visibility to the class library, but access to Bike/Bike+, Tread, and Row classes will be limited.

The App One Membership allows access to the following:

Strength, cardio, Pilates, yoga, outdoor walking and running, and stretching classes
Activity tracking, live metrics, step-by-step gym programs
Three (3) cardio equipment classes per month: Bike/Bike+, Tread, and Row classes (excluding Lanebreak and Scenic classes, which are not offered on the Peloton App)

With the App One Membership, you will have access to 3 cardio equipment classes. Each time you take a class, you will be notified in app, and a class is considered taken after 180 seconds. Failure to leave the class before 180 seconds will result in the class being considered taken for the month. Once a class is taken, it cannot be removed or replaced with another cardio equipment class. Please review our Membership Terms.
