Join Logan Aldridge for 20 min Bodyweight Strength, a beginner-level class designed to work your full body without the need for any equipment. This bodyweight strength & toning session includes a mix of upper- and lower-body strength training. You'll engage muscles such as glutes, quads, and chest throughout the class.
