Join Callie Gullickson for 30 min Strength Roll Call Upper Body, an intermediate-level class designed to target your upper body muscle groups. On Wednesdays, grab those dumbbells and focus on strengthening your shoulders, triceps, and chest. This upper body strength & toning class is a great complement to any lower-body or cardio workout. It can also serve as day 3/5 of your Weekly Roll Call strength regimen. Enjoy working out to pop music while you build upper body strength.
