Rebecca’s background in dance, gymnastics and track & field laid a foundation for movement and body awareness that she brings to every Tread class. As a former bootcamp instructor, a Nike master trainer and much more, Rebecca aims to make every workout the best part of the day by celebrating movement and empowering through positivity.

Celebrating movement is the most liberating and charitable thing we can do for ourselves. My goal is to create a moment in everyone’s day that excites them to get moving and enjoy the body they are living in.

Movement is power. I’m here to empower you to do your best, every day. Challenges are not roadblocks, they’re reminders that we are stronger and more capable than we imagined, so rise up!
Outside of Peloton
I love to cook and travel! Adventure is in my blood. I love diving into culture by meeting new people, trying local food, recreating recipes from afar, conquering my fears, catching sunsets, and climbing mountains.
