PELOTON BIKE RENTALS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Peloton Bike Rentals (the “Program”) allows you to lease a Peloton Bike or Bike+ for your home. The Program is only available for the Peloton Bike and Bike+ and may be redeemed at a showroom or by visiting onepeloton.com/bike/rentals. At the time of joining the Program, an eligible member joining the program (“you” or “Program Member”) may be charged a one-time non-refundable delivery fee (see your Lease Agreement for details). A credit card is required to join the Program. A monthly Program fee will be charged to your credit card beginning upon delivery of the Bike and each month thereafter, and includes the cost of the Peloton All-Access Membership. All Program fees are set out in your Lease Agreement.

Eligibility: The Program is only available in the Continental United States and certain parts of Canada, excluding Quebec. Remote areas (including those only accessible by ferry) are not eligible. Any Member who is currently or has been an All-Access Member in the past 12 months is not eligible to participate in the Program (including any Member who is currently participating in a home trial of a Peloton Bike).

Terms & Cancel Anytime Policy: Each Program Member will enter into a Lease Agreement, which can be canceled at any time on the Peloton website. Your Agreement continues on a monthly basis until you cancel or select a Buyout (as defined below). Should you cancel, you will lose access to all Peloton content at the end of the monthly period in which you canceled and will need to schedule a time within (30) days for Peloton to pick up the Bike. You will continue to be charged the monthly Program fee if Peloton is unable to collect your Bike within 30 days of cancellation through no fault of Peloton.

Buyout: At any time, you may purchase the Peloton Bike you have leased through the Program (a “Buyout”). See your Rental Agreement for Buyout pricing. After a Buyout, you will continue to be charged the cost of the All-Access Membership fee until you separately cancel.

Warranty: Peloton will honor the Limited Warranty for the Peloton Bike for the duration of the term of your lease. If you select the Buyout option and do not elect to purchase an extended warranty, the Limited Warranty will expire on the date that is the later of the end of your lease or one (1) year after your original delivery date.

Other Terms & Conditions: In addition to these terms and conditions, Program Members must agree to be bound by Peloton’s Terms of Service and Membership Terms. The Program is void where prohibited. The Program may not be combined with any other offers from Peloton. Peloton may modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time for any or no reason, but any Lease Agreements executed prior to any modification, suspension or cancellation will be honored.
