Bike and Bike+ both have a compact 4' x 2' footprint to fit nicely in homes of all sizes.

The total dimensions of Bike+ are 59" L x 22" W x 59" H. We recommend at least 24” of space on all sides for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum is 8' to ensure all riders have adequate headroom.

Your Peloton Bike+ will be delivered to your home and set up by our team of professionals. We'll place it in the perfect spot you've already picked out, finish assembly, connect it to power and Wi-Fi and walk you through the basics—getting you up and riding in no time.

With the Peloton All-Access Membership, you’ll get access to our entire library of live and on demand classes, individual user profiles for everyone in your household and free use of the Peloton App with the ability to take workouts from your phone, smartwatch, tablet and TV.

Cycling shoes enhance your Peloton experience and are recommended. Peloton Bikes require Delta-compatible cleats.

Peloton cycling shoes have a narrow to normal fit. If you fall between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up.

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to schedule your pickup and we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

30 Day Home Trial is not available for Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes. Peloton Certified Refurbished Bike and Bike+ orders can be canceled prior to delivery. Refurbished Bikes are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.

Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes are pre-owned Peloton Bikes that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to make sure they meet Peloton standards. They may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.

Yes, new Peloton Bikes and Refurbished Peloton Bikes come with a 12-month limited parts and labor warranty, which fully covers the touchscreen and most original Bike components. The frame is covered for 5 years. If a repair is needed during your coverage period, we will dispatch a skilled technician to your home to complete the repair. Replacement parts covered under warranty can only be shipped to Canada in provinces where Peloton equipment is sold (restrictions may apply in remote areas). Please note, the warranty is voided and service and repairs are not offered if the Bike+ is moved outside of Canada.

For longer protection, you can choose an extended service plan for an additional 12 or 27 months.

Refurbished Peloton Bike and Bike+ orders can be canceled prior to delivery. All sales are final once delivered. Refurbished Bikes are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.

Your rental fee gives you access to a Peloton Bike or Bike+ that’s delivered to your home and the Peloton Rental Membership, which unlocks our entire library of classes, programs, features, and more.One new pair of cycling shoes that are yours to keep are also included with your rental and will be shipped separately. You must select a shoe size during the checkout process for your shoes to be included.

Each Peloton Bike or Bike+ will also come with a Limited Warranty for the duration of your rental agreement.

Rented Peloton Bikes are a mix of new and refurbished Bikes that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to ensure they pass our quality inspection in order to be ready for you to start riding at home. Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.

Renting a Peloton Bike or Bike+ is available for new All-Access Members in Canada who have not previously taken advantage of our Home Trial.

You can cancel your lease agreement and return your Peloton Bike or Bike+ for free at any time.

You cannot pause your Peloton Rental Membership or monthly rental payments.

Yes, you can choose to buy out and own your Peloton Bike or Bike+ at any time during your rental. Prices are determined based on when you choose to buy out your Bike or Bike+. Buyouts are eligible for financing, through Affirm.
