Join Susie Chan for a 30 min HIIT Run that will challenge your endurance and stamina. This advanced outdoor intervals running class features a 6 min warm up to get you ready. You'll then transition into 23 mins of running intervals to push your limits. The class wraps up with a 1 min cool down.
