    No! In fact, lots of Peloton classes don’t require any equipment. If you’re interested in cycling or running workouts, you can use the Peloton App to take classes on any stationary bike or treadmill. If you do own Peloton equipment, you will get access to exclusive content and features during your workouts with your device and an All-Access Membership.

    There are thousands of classes to explore, including workouts in strength training, cycling, yoga, running, walking, meditation, outdoor workouts, rowing, Pilates, barre classes, and more.

    Yes. While some classes are targeted at specific difficulty levels, such as beginner or advanced, Peloton classes are created with all types of users in mind. Workouts can be modified to suit your needs.

    There are many classes available through Peloton that don’t require equipment, including workouts in the strength, running, walking, Pilates, and more disciplines. For classes that make use of devices like stationary bikes, treadmills, or rowers, you can complete these on Peloton equipment or with the App on any stationary bike, treadmill, or rower.

    Yes, you’ll just need enough space to complete your workout and access to classes on the Peloton App.

    Outdoor classes are audio-led workouts that include walking, running, hiking, and cooldowns. There are also different types of runs, such as endurance, interval, and even music runs you can try. These classes range from beginner to advanced in terms of difficulty, and anywhere from 10-75 minutes in terms of duration.

    You will need a membership to access most Peloton class content, but free trials are available through the App so you can explore what’s offered before being charged. App memberships are available for those without Peloton equipment, and an All-Access Membership is required for those looking to utilize Peloton equipment.

    Peloton’s on-demand library of classes ensures you can fit nearly any type of workout into your schedule when it’s convenient for you. While there are some classes offered live from the New York and London studios, these classes will go into the on-demand library after airing.
