Join Andy Speer for the 30 min Density Training Week 1, Day 1 class, an intermediate-level session designed to improve strength and increase volume from week to week. This full-body strength & toning workout incorporates a series of heavy-weighted hinge and press movements. You'll be working your glutes, hamstrings, and quads throughout this 30 minutes class.
