Join Jeffrey McEachern for the 30 min HIIT & Hills Run, an intermediate-level intervals running class. Climbing increases your strength, while fast intervals improve your speed. This challenging and high-intensity class will train both skills simultaneously to improve all aspects of your running. Set to an electronic music genre, this session will keep you motivated throughout. Focus on working your hamstrings, quads, and calves as you run.
