I believe running is for everyone. From my own experience, I know that with a little bit of self-belief, combined with the magic of putting one foot in front of the other, anything is possible. I’m here to get you to where you want to be.

Being the best version of yourself on the day is all you can be. If you come to push yourself, to move or to have fun, I’ve got your back, and you’ll leave with a smile on your face.

Outside of Peloton

My family, my dogs and travelling are my favourite things … and of course running! Spare time at home is spent exploring the trails with my friends. Downtime is spent reading, cooking and eating.
