Peloton and GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON Team up for Second Consecutive Year
From race prep training to recovery – Peloton strengthens commitment to German running community, helping runners meet their personal fitness goals
Building on last year’s successful collaboration, Peloton is partnering with the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON for a second year. To celebrate the tens of thousands of running enthusiasts that will gather for this event, Peloton has launched its, “Your Race. Your Pace.” campaign supporting runners of all fitness levels in achieving their fitness goals. Peloton is offering curated programming with instructor-led training and recovery classes on the Peloton App, and hosting in-person race-prep workshops with the Peloton instructors. Attendees at this year's EXPO can also try the award-winning Peloton Tread and Bike+.
Tailored and personalized training with the Peloton App
Peloton now offers tailored training options for all major race distances, with over 300,000 Peloton Members having already trained for a race using the platform. As an official partner, Peloton is helping participants of the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON prepare for race day and recover with the Peloton App, available for download on Google Play and the App Store. The app features thousands of instructor-led fitness classes, including over 10,000 German-language classes led by 10 German instructors, covering outdoor and indoor running, cycling, strength, yoga, and meditation.
For this year’s prep and race, Peloton Members can access the specially curated ‘Race Prep Collection’ – featuring beginner-friendly foundational classes, high-intensity interval runs, strength workouts, and recovery sessions. These targeted workouts are designed to help runners prepare for the 21.0975 km race, providing expert guidance and motivation to cross the finish line feeling strong.
EXPO highlight: Experience Peloton live
On April 4 and 5, 2025, the official HALF MARATHON EXPO at Messe ICC will be the place to experience Peloton firsthand. At the interactive Peloton booth (Stand 4.00.02), visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to test the Peloton Bike+ and Peloton Tread. But that’s not all – Peloton running instructors Jeffrey McEachern and Erik Jäger will host exclusive workshop sessions, sharing their top tips for race-day strategy and preparation. Running enthusiasts will also have the chance to win up to four tickets for the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON in September by entering the on-site giveaway.
“The GENERALI BERLINER HALF MARATHON is more than just a race – it connects people through a shared passion for movement and creates an unforgettable experience,” says Martin Richter, General Manager of Peloton Germany and Austria. He adds, “That mindset is exactly what Peloton stands for. With our online workouts, we bring thousands of people together and support them at every step of their fitness journey – from the initial motivation to do something for themselves, all the way to crossing the finish line. Continuing this partnership reaffirms our commitment to supporting the German running community with inspiring fitness experiences – during preparation, on race day, and throughout recovery.”
“With Peloton, we have a partner that shares our mission: to inspire people to run and help them prepare for their goals in the best possible way. The GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON stands for emotion, community, and unforgettable moments – values that Peloton also embodies. Together, we can inspire even more people to move and push their limits. We look forward to continuing this successful collaboration,” says Christian Jost, Managing Director of SCC EVENTS.
