At checkout, you’ll have the option to “Pay with HSA/FSA funds.” This will direct you to the Truemed site, where you will take a brief health intake survey asking if you are working to treat, mitigate, or prevent a chronic health condition. Once you’ve completed the survey, enter your payment details – either your HSA/FSA card or a credit/debit card – to complete the checkout process. After checkout, your answers will be reviewed by a licensed medical provider and you will be emailed a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) if you qualify. If you do not qualify, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If you validly cancel your order, your refund will be submitted to Truemed.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are tax-free accounts that can be used to pay for qualified health expenses (up to certain limits established by the IRS). These accounts are usually set up and managed by an HSA or FSA administrator, and you may have access to these accounts through your employer. HSAs are typically associated with a high-deductible health plan, and funds do not expire. FSAs are independent of your health plan, and funds elections occur in October-November each year for the following calendar year. FSA funds expire every calendar year. Yes. You can pay with a credit or debit card through Truemed and submit a reimbursement request to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for up to the amount you have available in your HSA/FSA account. You can't directly pay for membership costs with your HSA/FSA card, but if you receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from Truemed or an applicable licensed medical professional and are eligible for reimbursement, you may be able to apply your HSA/FSA funds to the cost of a Peloton Membership while the LMN is valid.
