20 min Strength Roll Call Glutes & Legs is a lower body strength & toning class led by Adrian Williams. This intermediate-level class focuses on the largest muscles in your body, including your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. It is designed to complement any upper-body workout or serve as day 2/5 of your Weekly Roll Call strength regimen.
