One of the biggest perks of being a part of the worldwide Peloton community is having access to elite instructors with thousands of heart-pumping workouts right at your fingertips. That also means that there are moments when the sheer volume of options available to choose from can seem overwhelming. That's exactly why we turned to real members (just like you!) to share their favorite strength-training sessions. We recently asked our community to cast their votes for the best arms, abs and glutes classes of all time. Here's what the experts had to say.

Abs

“I'm an abs/ core girl,” says Stephanie F. “I bounce between many instructors, but Emma Lovewell has solid core classes. Her Crush Your Core challenge has specific classes that compliment each other. She really focuses on all kinds of different exercises that hit the core, back, obliques, upper and lower abs, all of it. It's not just planks and crunches, but all different things that strengthen different areas of your core.”

“I love Christine D'Ercole's five-minute plank class from February 18, 2018,” says Laura R. “My goal is to do 365 classes in 365 days. It's quick, works pretty much all of the muscles, and you can really see your progress as you are able to do more and more of it. I couldn't touch my hand to opposite shoulder at the beginning. Now I can!”

Arms

“My favorite arm-toning workout. hands down, is Tunde Oyeneyin’s ten-minute, Halloween arm-toning workout,” says Sarah C. “She’s in costume! Oh my god, it’s embarrassing how painful she can make ten minutes of arms with three-pound weights!”

“I love Andy Speer!” says Dawn E. “He is really good. I would start with a commitment to two days for upper body and two days lower body for ten minutes each so they are not too long. Then, once they are a habit, you can lengthen them.” Andy Speer also recently debuted a Total Strength program, which you can learn more about here.

Glutes

“I really like the Jess Sims' advanced lower body strength classes,” says Stephen B. “They offer a challenging workout for glutes and quads without any extreme movements that could bother the joints.”

“I’m a runner and I do glute and legs workouts twice a week for 10 to 20 minutes,” says Robin M. “I really like Selena Samuela, Jess Sims and Becs Gentry’s workouts. I use weights, but not as heavy as what they call for. I also like the “Strength for Runners” classes that Becs and Matt Wilpers have.”
