Peloton Tread Product Safety Notice

The Peloton Tread
We are announcing an important safety update concerning the Peloton Tread. For Peloton members, this means they should stop using their Tread and ensure that no one else uses it because the touchscreen may become loose and fall off, posing a risk of injury. Peloton is working with the Office for Product Safety & Standards in relation to this matter. We are very sorry about this and are already developing a repair which we aim to make available soon. Until this repair is available, Peloton members have the following options:
Full Refund: If you do not wish to wait for a repair and would like to return your Tread for a full refund, you may do so by following the link below.
Wait for Free Repair: We are working to make a repair available for you in the coming weeks, free of charge. Until this repair is applied to your Tread, do not use it.
If you do not wish to repair your Tread free of charge, you may request a return of your Tread for a full refund, by clicking here. You may also call our Member Support Team on 0808 169 6469 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m GMT Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m GMT. on weekends.
