The Bike+ has a compact 120 cm x 60 cm footprint to fit nicely in homes of all sizes.
The total dimensions of the Bike+ are 150 cm L x 56 cm W x 150 cm H. We recommend at least 60 cm of space on all sides for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum is 250 cm to ensure all riders have adequate headroom.

On delivery day, we'll deliver and set up your new Bike+ and get you ready to ride. The delivery team will reach out to you before your delivery to confirm the safety protocols they will follow. Learn more about our current home delivery practices.
With the Peloton All-Access Membership, you’ll get access to our entire library of live and on demand classes, individual user profiles for everyone in your household and free use of the Peloton App with the ability to take workouts from your phone, smartwatch, tablet and TV.
Peloton All-Access Membership (£39/mo) is required to access Peloton content.
Cycling shoes enhance your Peloton experience and are recommended. Peloton Bikes require Delta-compatible cleats.
Peloton cycling shoes have a narrow to normal fit. If you fall between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up.
It’s simple and included with every first-time Bike+ purchase. Once the Bike+ is delivered and setup in your home, experience 30 days of cardio + strength to find the classes you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to schedule your pickup and we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

Peloton Certified Refurbished Bikes are pre-owned Peloton Bikes that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to make sure they meet Peloton standards. They may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.
Yes, new Peloton Bikes and Peloton Refurbished Bikes come with a 12-month Limited Warranty, which fully covers the touchscreen and most original Bike components. Replacement parts covered under the Limited Warranty can only be shipped to the United Kingdom. Please note, the Limited Warranty is voided and service and repairs are not offered if the Bike+ is moved outside of the United Kingdom.
For longer protection, you can add a Peloton Service Plan to get 39 months of total coverage.
Your rental gives you access to a Peloton Bike+ that's delivered to your home, as well as full access to our entire library of classes, programs, features and more. One new pair of cycling shoes that are yours to keep are also included with your rental and will be shipped separately. You must select a shoe size during the checkout process for your shoes to be included.
Each Peloton Bike+ will also come with a Limited Warranty for the duration of your rental agreement.
Peloton Rental Bike+ equipment is a mix of new and refurbished Bike+ products that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to ensure they pass our quality inspection in order to be ready for you to ride at home. Refurbished Peloton Bike+ equipment may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.
Renting a Peloton Bike+ is available for Members in the UK. You’ll need to complete a credit check and verify your identity in order to proceed with your rental.
You can cancel your rental agreement at any time and have your Peloton Bike+ picked up for free. You can pause your Peloton Rental Membership for one month in any 12 month rental period. If you cancel your rental agreement, you will be unable to rent again within 12 months of your cancellation.
