Positives: Awesome investment! Everyone can use a tread even if it's my 12 year old watching her shows and walking at a 3.0 speed! It's great and there are great options for classes, hikes and even just "entertainment". Negatives: Wish there were more hikes with more accessible "80's, 90's?" music. Also, almost NONE of the scenic options are walks; almost all runs. That is a bit frustrating. Lastly, The tread goes up to 12% incline and the instructors will often cue "max incline" at 15% for hikes so it makes me feel a bit like I should have FOMO but I'm not going to get the tread + for $3K more just for this.

My wife and I ordered a tread last October and had issues after 2 months. The tread was not working and we were pretty upset.
